Position Overview:
The Director of Data Management is accountable for defining the strategy and automating a wide range of demand planning processes across multiple product lines and sales channels. Continuously monitor Demand Planning process adoption, execution and capability requirements ensuring that processes and systems are operated optimally and consistently across DMA (globally).
Responsibilities:
• Ensure data integrity within demand planning software and programs.

Position Overview

The Assistant Product Manager is responsible for managing products as assigned by the Director of Product Management. This includes managing the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering product and customer requirements, defining the product objectives, and working closely with the factories to deliver new products. The Assistant Product Manager also will be working with sales, marketing, and the factory to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. Position Overview

To assist the DC Operations Manager with the administration of the day-to-day operations of DMA’s Distribution Centers functions and duties. To carry out the responsibilities of setting and achieving the weekly work plans while ensuring our customer expectations are being successfully met.

Responsibilities

This role is responsible for managing the following diverse operations within the Tabor City DMA Distribution Center

  • Prepare the weekly operations work planning calendar in advance of the upcoming work week and review plan with the DC Operations Manager for sign off and agreement
  • Responsible for ensuring that employees are working in compliance with the company’s Code of Conduct
  • Take the appropriate steps to coach, council and discipline employee behaviors and work performance as required and directed in coordination with HR
  • Challenge employees whose attendance record is unacceptable and counsel them to improve
  • Communicate all employee conduct and performance issues with the DC Operations Manager and HR prior to taking specific actions with the employee
  • Ensure that all new hire employees are receiving their 90-day performance reviews and that all regular full-time employees are receiving their annual review – on time
  • Responsible for the receipt of all Inbound container receiving
  • Ensure the appropriate labor force needs have been determined and arranged to support the workload
  • Ensure all supporting paperwork has been prepared in advance and the work area is organized and ready to begin the operation
  • Ensure products are offloaded, organized, counted and placed into the proper storage locations for either restock and or overstock
  • Verify all counts and any variances and communicate to the DC Operations Manager and other supporting functions if problems are noted

  • Ensure the monitoring of correct water levels in all electric forklift batteries
  • Ensure all employees operating equipment have received the proper training and certifications prior to allowing them to operate any equipment within the facility
  • Ensure all employees are follow safety procedures, such as the use of safety harnesses or seat belts, when operating equipment
  • Ensure proper documentation, counseling and retraining in all instances where an employee has violated a safety policy
  • Notify the HR department of any violations in safety compliances

  • Set a house keeping schedule for each area and assign responsibilities for keeping the area clean and free from dust, trash and debris

Position Overview

The DC Operations GM provides the leadership for DMA’s Mullins, SC Fulfillment Center Operations team.  As the General Manager, you will be responsible for setting high standards and goals for the Operations team, ensuring that these standards and goals are achieved, while maintaining our core values and company culture.  This role requires a results-oriented, high-energy, dynamic individual with both stamina and mental quickness to be able to work and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth Distribution Fulfillment Center.  Excellent communication skills with all levels of the team’s members will be imperative. In this role you will directly oversee the execution of the daily operational functions and processes necessary to meet and exceed our customer’s order shipment expectations.  Strategically, this role will continuously seek to identify opportunities for improvement in operational efficiencies.

This nearly 300,000ft² distribution fulfillment center will be the primary processing facility for several key OES and Big Box Retail customers.  Functioning as the primary inbound import container receiving location, this DC will handle an estimated 70% of all inbound freight and an estimated 55% of this sales channel’s customer fulfillment demand.  With company annual sales growth exceeding 70%, this site is expected to provide the space and handling capacity necessary to meet our tremendous growth opportunities.

IT Systems Administrator is responsible for performing a variety of complex professional and technical duties related to the installation and maintenance of the DMA’s computer network and communications hardware and software systems, including network and application servers, routers, LAN, phone systems, label printers, scanners, in addition to mainframe and PC workstations in our Mullins facility. The IT Systems Administrator will support custom WMS system and Sage 100, as well as support other general IT project assignments as required. IT Administrator is responsible for providing user support and guidance/training on the equipment use.

  • Maintain and make modifications to existing SQL and NETbased WMS System, improving efficiency and performance of the users as well as software.

  • Ensure design of network/systems allow for all components to work properly together.

Position Overview

The Distribution Center Associate is responsible for performing various work task duties in support of successfully processing of customer orders correctly and on time.

 Wage

$13-$14/hr.

Responsibilities

Performs work including but not limited to: Material Handling, receiving, unloading, stocking shelves and performing inventory cycle counts), order picking, packing and shipping using modern and sophisticated distribution methods and work processes. Titles within Warehouse Associate includes Material Handler, Transfer Handler, Container Receiving, Bulk Handler, Pickers/Order Puller/Order Finalizer, Order Verification, Re-box, Order Verification. Performs work outside of normal work area/role title, if requested. Performs work tasks in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) while ensuring the work is done within the required performance metrics and to the expected level of quality.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Work Environment

  • Modern DC Fulfillment warehouse facility utilizing various styles and types of equipment and technology to ensure efficient, accurate and timely processing of customer orders
  • High level of automation and mechanized material handling equipment
  • The company emphasizes quality, safety, and accuracy over just speed
  • Physical requirements – Significant standing, walking through the warehouse, and consistent lifting (up to 50 Lbs.) of products is required. Use of carton knifes, taping equipment, automated strappers, pallet wrappers, carts, and various other small hand tools

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Minimum one to three years direct warehouse experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment where small parcel and LTL/LT customer order processing occurs
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong computer and technology usage skills required
  • Familiarity with distribution software systems highly preferred
  • Strong communication, both written and verbal with equally strong interpersonal skills required
  • Moderate physical effort consisting of:
    1. Lifting or moving material over 25 pounds and up to 50 pounds over 40% of the time.
    2. Standing, walking for sustained periods.
    3. Frequent pushing, pulling and bending often in difficult work positions.
  • Ability to work in an environment where a number of elements including dust, heat, cold, noise, vibration, oil, etc. are present.
