Position Overview:

This role is responsible for creating digital content for the product, corporate events, and installation videos.  This position reports to the Catalog and Data Manager in the Product Management Department.
General Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute photography of products; including 360 imaging, for the website, print catalog, social media, emails, and other marketing collateral material

To assist the DC Operations Manager with the administration of the day-to-day operations of DMA’s Distribution Centers functions and duties. To carry out the responsibilities of setting and achieving the weekly work plans while ensuring our customer expectations are being successfully met.

Responsibilities

This role is responsible for managing the following diverse operations within the DMA Distribution Center

  • Prepare the weekly operations work planning calendar in advance of the upcoming work week and review plan with the DC Operations Manager for sign off and agreement
  • Responsible for ensuring that employees are working in compliance with the company’s Code of Conduct
  • Take the appropriate steps to coach, council and discipline employee behaviors and work performance as required and directed in coordination with HR

Position Overview:

The Inventory Auditor duties include physically counting items and matching the physical count to the computer inventory. Auditors also maintain the accuracy of the computer data for the Supply Chain/Forecasting team.

Responsibilities:

Counting physical inventory – Physically verify and correct inventory locations where needed in the warehouses and within ERP system.   Ensure inventory items in the warehouses are in correct bin locations to increase efficiency

Repair Tech

Position Overview:

Assist the product repair team in the defective product repair process.  This includes packaging, unpackage, and labeling parts as required. This work will primarily take place in the Product Repair Department located at the Mullins Distribution Center.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate manual and electric pallet jacks to safely move parts in and out of the repair room.
  • Use hand tools such as socket wrenches, screwdrivers, and pallet jacks.
  • Open product cartons without damage and reclose the cartons.
  • Reading and matching part numbers on the end of the cartons and gurneys.
  • Keeping time records and count data on the number of parts repaired.
  • Make sure parts are clean and paint touched up on repairs.
  • Assist the Repair Specialist in keeping repair components organized.
  • The position requires the ability to lift to 50 pounds from a floor level pallet.
  • Work as part of the repair team; coordinating repair work for productivity and quality workmanship.
  • Checking the quality of cartons to determine if a replacement carton is necessary. Make sure the new boxes are labeled with the correct carton labels if necessary.
  • Keep work area, tools, and equipment organized and serviced. Maintain a clean work area during working hours.

Position Overview:

The Inventory Auditor duties include physically counting items and matching the physical count to the computer inventory. Auditors also maintain the accuracy of the computer data for the planning and forecasting groups.

  • Counting physical inventory
  • Generating department audit reports
  • Reconciling Computer Data with the physical counts taken and reporting errors found
  • Performs audits of paperwork and data entry

  • Experience in Inventory Counting
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Excel and Word
  • Warehouse Software Experience, preferred.
